Ghana’s Zinabu Issah has a chance of winning a medal in the Women’s Shot-Put event at the Ongoing Paralympic Games in Paris after securing a final spot.
She emerged as the top seed in the F57 qualifiers with a new personal best throw of 8.67 meters.
Zinabu beat competition from Neutral Vetokhina E in second, Liberia’s Angie Myers who finished third, and fourth Marina Charlotte Houndalowan of Benin.
The final comes off at the Stade France on Thursday, 8:35am Ghana Time.
